Throughout his career, Kunal has demonstrated a knack for driving operational excellence and growth. At Uber, he identified and led a cross-functional team to reduce fraud, saving the company over $13M per year. At Agility Recovery, he served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and led strategic projects such as overhauling the company’s data systems, empowering leaders with real-time information and insights. 

 

Kunal's approach to leadership centers around people and culture. He believes in building connected, dynamic teams that thrive on winning together. Compared to traditional private equity or strategic buyers, Kunal distinguishes himself by focusing solely on acquiring one business and serving as a steward of the owner's legacy. He is committed to preserving the company's name, culture, and staff while investing in growth and employee development.

 

Kunal's entrepreneurial spirit first emerged during his teenage years when he performed as a magician at local events and birthday parties, earning recognition in the Houston Chronicle. Today, when he's not working, Kunal enjoys scuba diving trips, working on his golf game, trying new recipes, and spending time with his close-knit family in Houston.
